The Hugh James Solicitors Team Ready for a Third Visit
Ruth, Gemma and Issy will be back here again later this month to take forward the claims they have been asked to handle against Segio Villatoro and Dr Soto.
Isobel Summers and Gemma Osgood will arrive on Tuesday 23rd January while Ruth Powell, Head of Clinical Negligence at Hugh James is expected to arrive the following Saturday.
Speaking to the Independent this week, Ruth said, “I am really looking forward to returning to the island once again. This will be my third visit to the island since September last year.
I am looking forward to meeting with existing Clients and also those new Clients who have made contact since my last visit and some as recently as over the Christmas period.
However, I am also hoping to make real progress in these matters with the St. Helena Government and the representatives of SHG. I hope to utilise my time on the island to make sure genuine advances are now made so that the victims of Dr Sergio and Dr Soto are properly advised and represented.
